How Can I Help You?
With fifteen years leadership, training and coaching experience in education, I provide bespoke training programmes to support individuals and groups to develop knowledge and skills in the areas that they feel the most vulnerable.
My role as trainer is to help you turn theory into practice and to ensure that you leave my session feeling knowledgeable, secure and confident.

How It Works
In my workshops, I deliver easy to digest, jargon-free training along with practical learning opportunities. We’ll look at policy, process, delivery and case studies.
I provide custom-designed, practical workshops for individuals who would like to develop their knowledge and skills in key areas. Group sizes are kept deliberately small to provide opportunity for in-depth discussion and practical tasks.
Additionally, each workshop attendee will have an individual follow-up session with me to discuss their learning, receive feedback and where relevant, the opportunity to receive advice on a current, related situation that they are leading on in their organisation.
